The approach

Read the terrain. Then choose.

We do not arrive with a template. We arrive with questions, evidence and a structured way to decide.

Global events do not stay in the news cycle. They arrive in supply chains, funding decisions, regulatory priorities and the questions your board asks next quarter.

Our advisory work connects the external landscape to your internal reality. We review what you already know, map what you do not, and facilitate the conversation that turns both into a position your organization can defend.

Two tracks — one for the C-suite, one for staff — share the same discipline but differ in altitude, materials and outputs.

  • Evidence-based, not opinion-led
  • Designed around the decisions you actually have to make
  • Built to leave capability behind, not dependence

Two tracks

The same discipline, at two altitudes.

Choose the track that matches who has to act on the work. Both can run together when leadership and staff need a shared view.

Discovery session tailored to C-suite needs

Extensive review of organizational materials, listening sessions and individual interviews with C-suite leadership to understand the organization’s position and ambitions.

What it gives you

A comprehensive review and gap analysis report: what needs to be researched, compiled and completed before the next stage.

Research phase — external information gathering

Questions

Before we start.

Still unsure whether this is the right fit? A short conversation usually settles it.

Ask us directly
Who is this for?

Leadership teams that need to make decisions about global risk and positioning, and staff teams that need to translate those decisions into programs, policies, funding plans and communication.

Is it in person or virtual?

Both. Discovery and research can run virtually; the workshop can be virtual or in person. We scope the format around your team and the decisions at hand.

How long does an engagement take?

The sequence moves from discovery to research to a one-day workshop, with documentation after. Timing is agreed at the start and depends on how quickly materials and interviews can be arranged.

Can you work with our existing documents?

Yes. We review the strategies, policies, funding plans and partnership agreements you already have, then identify what is missing and what needs updating.

Next step

Let’s read the landscape together.

Tell us what is shifting around you. We will come back with a focused scope and the right starting point.
